Consult

Given access to your mission, vision and desired outcomes, we can advise, assist, and perform as necessary in both steady state and crisis situations.  We can work remote as well as temporarily fill vacant roles and/or deploy to austere environments.

We have successful experience training each of the program areas on multiple occasions to a variety of audiences.  We are comfortable and seasoned public speakers.  We welcome audience feedback.  We are equally adept with or without presentation slides.

Coach

Upon client providing us with the strengths, challenges, and goals in advance for either individuals or groups, we will do our homework and come prepared to coach them through any of the selected program areas.  Unlike training, this is more discussion-based, where clients are free to pose questions and scenarios where we can provide guidance and professional development.

Evaluate

We have considerable experience in drills, exercises, and real-world environments.  Happy to follow your script and checklists to provide honest and helpful feedback. 

Facilitate

Upon client providing me context, background, agenda and desired outcomes, we provide objective facilitation, bringing all voices and ideas into play in a balanced manner.

Write

We are writers by nature and experience.  Amng us, we have written crisis communications books, technical manuals, and even poetry.  We have written strategic plans and external affairs annexes.  We are also comfortable being ghost writers. Anything we write for you becomes your property.
