Coach: Upon client providing us with the strengths, challenges, and goals in advance for either individuals or groups, we will do our homework and come prepared to coach them through any of the selected program areas. Unlike training, this is more discussion-based, where clients are free to pose questions and scenarios where we can provide guidance and professional development.
Facilitate: Upon client providing us context, background, agenda and desired outcomes, we provide objective facilitation, bringing all voices and ideas into play in a balanced manner.
Write: We are writers by nature and experience. Among us, we have written crisis communications books, technical manuals, and even poetry. We have written strategic plans and external affairs annexes. We are also comfortable being ghost writers. Anything we write for you becomes your property.
